Sample Requests:

Aarya Aroma will send free sample blotters of its range of essential oils. Free samples are available for licensed companies with established terms at Aarya Aroma. Free samples are not available to the public.

If you are new to our company, you must provide us your company profile in order to recieve our free samples.

For comanies outside Nepal, we require a nominal charge to cover freight expenses. For such companies we provide sample for free of cost, the party requesting the sample must pay for freight. We prefer orders for samples to be faxed to us at +977-1-4224237. Please include billing and shipping information.

If you have a FedEx, United Parcel Service or DHL account we can apply shipping charges to that particular freight carrier account. Just be sure to leave us you shipper number.

Documentation Requests:

Upon your request, we will provide copies of our available certificates of analysis, pesticide residue tests, GC/MS printouts and MSDS forms. These documents are only available via fax, or they may be included with your order.

We may send them electronically via e-mail.

We are unable to accept returns for merchandise from our international customers, except if it was a result of our error or if you have good cause to return the merchandise. In this instance we will credit your shipping and remedy the problem immediately.

Aarya Aroma is not responsible for any duties, taxes or other associated import fees that your country may impose.

These additional costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
